We built SellerSaarthi for sellers who are careful about who touches their Amazon account — because we'd be careful too. Here's exactly how we protect you.

SellerSaarthi is an Amazon Ads partner: registered on the Amazon Ads Partner Network, listed in the Amazon Ads Partner Directory, with approved Amazon Ads API access. Before granting API access, Amazon reviews every application for security practices, data handling, and compliance. We passed that review.

SellerSaarthi uses "Login with Amazon", Amazon's own sign-in for approved tools. Here's exactly what happens when you click "Connect":
We understand the fear. Your Amazon seller account is your livelihood — a suspension could mean lost revenue, frozen inventory, and weeks of back-and-forth with Amazon support. That's why you should know:
Amazon built the Advertising API specifically for third-party tools to connect. It's not a loophole — it's Amazon's official, supported, documented way for tools like SellerSaarthi to help sellers.
Amazon suspensions happen for policy violations — counterfeit products, review manipulation, restricted item sales. Using an advertising tool with approved Amazon Ads API access is not a policy violation.
Every API call we make is logged, rate-limited, and follows Amazon's published API guidelines exactly. Amazon monitors API usage — if we violated their terms, they'd revoke our access, not suspend your account.
Your data is encrypted at rest with AES-256, and the keys are managed by AWS Key Management Service, never by us by hand.
Our privacy policy lists every service that holds your data, and where it is stored.
Every connection between your browser and our servers, and between our servers and Amazon, is encrypted with TLS 1.2 or higher. No exceptions.
The access token Amazon gives us is encrypted with a dedicated AWS KMS key before storage. Even our own engineers can't read it without KMS authorisation.
SafeWriter is the layer between SellerSaarthi and your Amazon account. Every write — every bid change, every keyword action — passes through SafeWriter. No exceptions.
Every proposed change goes into a review queue, unless you choose to let Saarthi make it (Settings → Who should make the changes?). Either way you see the current value, the new value, and the check that found it, and you can undo a bid change or a stopped search. Nothing is automatic until you choose it.
Bid increases are capped per campaign, per day: together, the raises made to one campaign in a day can add at most an estimated 5% of its daily budget in spend, measured against the bids and budget as of the last daily sync with Amazon. Lowering a bid cannot overspend, so cuts are not counted against it.
A write that hits a temporary Amazon error is retried a few times with a pause between tries. A write that fails is never recorded as done.
Every change made on your account is recorded in your activity log with a timestamp, the before value, the after value, and which rule proposed it. An approval that fails is shown in your review queue with the reason.
Changed a bid you didn't mean to? Every bid change in your activity log has an Undo button. One click restores the previous bid through SafeWriter — and it refuses if the bid has been changed since, so it never overwrites you. A blocked search term has the same Undo: one click removes the block on Amazon.
Every recommendation shows the rule or data that produced it. No black-box AI. You can see exactly why we suggest a bid change or negative keyword.
