1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") protects the integrity of SellerSaarthi, our customers' data, and the broader Amazon ecosystem. By using the Service you agree to this AUP.

2. Prohibited uses

You must not:

  • Use the Service for any activity that is illegal under Indian law or the laws of the country where the associated Amazon account operates.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or probe internal systems outside the scope of the approved disclosure programme at /security.
  • Deliberately overload the Service (denial-of-service, scraping beyond API limits, automated test floods).
  • Use the Service to gather competitor intelligence on other SellerSaarthi customers, or to bypass Amazon's own content and seller policies.
  • Share credentials or resell access to the Service without written consent.
  • Upload content that violates Amazon's listing policies, applicable consumer protection laws, or intellectual property rights.

3. Content policies

SellerSaarthi does not enforce Amazon's content rules — but compliance with Amazon's listing, advertising, and product policies remains the Customer's responsibility. We may suspend service if we have reasonable grounds to believe Customer's Amazon account has been flagged for content or policy violations.

4. Consequences of violation

Depending on severity:

  • Warning — for first-time or low-severity issues. Usually a single email.
  • Suspension — service paused pending remediation.
  • Termination — for severe or repeated violations; outstanding fees become due.

Customer may appeal any action in writing to legal@sellersaarthi.com.

5. Reporting violations

If you believe someone is using SellerSaarthi in breach of this AUP, email legal@sellersaarthi.com with details. We investigate every credible report.
